Gift Voucher Terms

Whitestown House gift vouchers are issued by Whitestown House, Delahasey, Naul, County Dublin, K32 YR96.

Validity. Your voucher is valid for five years from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining after that date expires.

What it can be used for. Vouchers can be redeemed against any ticketed experience at Whitestown House, including Dining Club evenings, workshops and seasonal gatherings, subject to availability at the time of booking.

Part use. A voucher can be used across more than one booking. If a booking costs less than the balance on your voucher, the remainder stays on the voucher and can be used again.

Topping up. If a booking costs more than the balance on your voucher, the difference is payable by card at checkout.

No fees. We charge nothing for holding or using a voucher, and the balance is never reduced by inactivity.

Not exchangeable for cash. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable once issued, except where the law requires otherwise.

Looking after your code. Vouchers are transferable, so please treat the code as you would cash. We cannot replace a voucher that is lost, stolen or shared.

Cancellations. Bookings made with a voucher follow the cancellation terms of the event booked. Cancellations and refunds are possible up to 7 days before an event, and the value is returned to your voucher.

If we cancel. If we have to cancel an event, any voucher value you used is returned to your voucher in full.
